1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of https://realtyshape.com/ (the “Website”), operated by Realty Shape (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Website or paying for any of our tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Our service

We provide online content-planning tools for creators and businesses: a YouTube 7-Day Plan tool, an Instagram 7-Day Plan tool and a Hooks Generator. You enter a topic or niche, optionally a city and content options, and the tool creates a plan or list of ideas for you on screen. The results are digital content only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and you must be legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law.

4. Pricing and payment

  • Each tool costs ₹99 (Indian Rupees) per generation, unless a different price is shown on the tool page at the time of purchase. [Add “inclusive of all taxes” or “plus applicable GST”, as applicable]
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI PIN, net-banking or wallet credentials.
  • You must pay before a result is generated. Prices may change from time to time; the price shown when you pay is the price you are charged.

5. Delivery

Results are delivered instantly on the screen after successful payment. Nothing is shipped physically. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

6. Nature of the content

  • Results are ideas and drafts meant to help you plan content. They may be created from our own templates and data and, in some cases, with the help of artificial intelligence.
  • We do not guarantee views, followers, leads, sales or any other outcome from using the results.
  • Please review and edit results before using them. You are responsible for checking facts, figures and claims, especially for topics such as real estate, property, home loans, legal matters or finance.
  • Nothing on the Website is legal, financial, investment or professional advice.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Website for anything unlawful, misleading or abusive; try to bypass or tamper with payments; copy, scrape or resell our tools or their data; or interfere with the Website’s security or operation. We may refuse service or block access if these terms are violated.

8. Intellectual property

You may use the results you generate for your own channels, pages and business. The Website, its design, software, templates and data belong to us and may not be copied or resold without written permission.

9. Availability

We try to keep the Website available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue any tool at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or the results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific result concerned.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
