Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

Our tools deliver digital results instantly after payment, so an order cannot be cancelled once payment is completed and the result has been generated.

When you are eligible for a refund

  • Payment deducted but no result delivered and you could not get the result even after retrying.
  • Duplicate payment for the same order.
  • Technical error on our side that prevented the tool from working.

If a payment succeeds but the result does not appear, your paid credit stays available on the same device and browser for [24] hours. You can reload the page and click Generate again without paying again.

When refunds are not given

  • A result has been successfully delivered and you are simply not satisfied with the ideas or style.
  • You entered a wrong topic, city or option by mistake.
  • The results did not lead to the views, followers or sales you expected.

How to request a refund

  1. Email masssmarketing@gmail.com within 7 days of the payment.
  2. Include your Razorpay Payment ID (starts with pay_), the email or phone used, and a short description or screenshot.
  3. We will review your request and reply within 2 to 3 working days.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. They usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
